Do you have a showroom?
No. Showrooms add to overhead expenses and thus to your price. We’d rather keep our costs low and pass the savings on to you.

How long does the process take?
Most closets are installed between 4 to 6 weeks after ordered
How much do your storage systems cost?
We have closets, pantries and other storage solutions to meet any budget. You choose the amount you want to spend and we will design something beautiful in your price range.
What is included in the price of a closet?
Our price includes design, materials, hardware, installation and shipping. Sales tax may be applicable and if so that will be shown on the final quote.
Is there space in the home that you don’t work with?
Currently we do not offer kitchen solutions.
What do I need to get started?
You simply need to approve the design and make a 50% deposit with your order.
How much does it cost for a design consultant to come out to my home?
We offer a complimentary in home consultation and design session.
When are your design consultants available to meet with me?
Once you fill out the contact form or call us we will set an appointment with you and one of our design consultants within a few days.
How long will a design consultation take?
We suggest leaving aside 1 to 1.5 hours for the initial consultation and design session.
What kind of experience do your design consultants have?
Our consultants have both sales and design experience in our industry. They have been trained by us to make sure you have an absolutely wonderful experience with us.
When will I see the design for my space?
We will present you with a proposed design and quote at the end of our initial consultation. Sometimes we may have to make requested changes after we leave,, but we will have any revisions completed within a day or two.
Are your systems re-adjustable? Can I change my design down the road if need be?
Once the order is submitted we don’t allow changes except in unusual situations.
Can I send a design I got from another company and have you quote it?
Of course, we recommend it. Our prices are generally lower than the competition.
Are you locally owned or a franchise?
Yes, we are a franchisee of Up Closets LLC, a national franchise based in Nashville TN.
Is Up Closets of Boca Raton insured?
Yes, please feel free to ask us for our commercial liability insurance certificate.
Will my closet be custom made to fit my space?
Absolutely.
What are your closets made of?
Our closets are made in the USA from medium to high density pressed wood bonded for strength and durability. They won’t crack, peel or fade under normal conditions. and come with a lifetime warranty. The surfaces are made from Thermal Fused Laminate, of the highest quality in the industry.
Do your systems mount to the wall or sit on the floor?
We have both types of systems.

We have up to 18 finishes available depending on the design.
